VP Commerce - CRM Technology

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Commerce Technology strategy, aligning product, engineering, AI, and platform investments with enterprise commercial objectives and revenue growth
• Lead the delivery and evolution of digital commerce and CRM platforms, ensuring scalable, integrated, and customer‑centric capabilities across all sales channels
• Establish an AI‑first engineering operating model that accelerates innovation, improves productivity, and optimizes technology investments and value delivery
• Drive exceptional digital customer experiences through product innovation, personalization, data‑driven decision making, and continuous optimization
• Champion engineering excellence by embedding enterprise standards for quality, security, reliability, automation, compliance, and operational resilience
• Govern a complex portfolio of strategic initiatives, technology investments, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable business outcomes and maximize value
• Foster a high‑performing, metrics‑driven culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business impact
• Build and develop exceptional product and engineering organizations through leadership, organizational design, talent development, and AI‑enabled workforce transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred
• 20+ years of technology leadership experience, including executive leadership within travel, hospitality, or digital commerce organizations, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale engineering teams and enterprise transformation
• Deep expertise in digital commerce technologies, including web, mobile, CRM, contact center, cloud, API, and enterprise platform architectures
• Demonstrated success defining technology strategy, product roadmaps, and delivering large‑scale digital transformation initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
• Proven experience leading AI‑enabled engineering transformation, including AI‑assisted software development, automation, value‑stream optimization, and organizational evolution
• Strong executive leadership capabilities with experience building high‑performing organizations, leading change, influencing cross‑functional stakeholders, and communicating effectively with senior executives and boards
• Working knowledge of quality engineering, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, governance, and operational excellence for mission‑critical, high‑volume commerce platforms
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with revenue‑generating platforms, technology investment strategy, AI ROI, vendor management, and hospitality commercial ecosystems.
