Join our team as a Charge Nurse and play an important role in delivering exceptional care while supporting and leading our nursing staff. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise nursing staff on your assigned unit. Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care. Monitor residents, medications, treatments, and changes in condition. Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the Director of Nursing. Support care planning and ensure care plans are followed. Promote resident dignity, rights, safety, and confidentiality. Respond to clinical, staffing, and emergency situations with professionalism. Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, infection control, and state regulations. What We’re Looking For Current unencumbered nursing license appropriate to the position. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care standards.
