Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Transactions Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and a strong interest in the healthcare industry. Duties Support transactions for the Medical and Dental Services Organizations group. Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents. Engage in financing transactions and general corporate representation. Handle entity formation, capitalization, and corporate governance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions. Experience in mergers and acquisitions. Interest in the healthcare industry. Eligibility for admission to the Texas State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the Texas State Bar.
