Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Georgia Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Minimum 1 year of relevant outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. Client will not accept first-time travelers. Experience treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures preferred. Experience with EPIC EMR preferred. Ability to work in a hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic and follow departmental scheduling of 30- and 60-minute visits. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic, hospital-affiliated rehabilitation services. Duration: 13-week assignment. Standard Hours Per Week: 40 hours. Typical Schedule: 5x8 or 4x10 shifts; clinic will determine consistent day off for assignment. Patient Volume: Average 10–15 patients per day; 30-minute treatment slots with 60-minute complex evaluations. Orientation: New employee orientation and 5-day departmental orientation provided. Floating: None required. Weekend rotation: None. On-call: None. Holiday expectations: None. Uniform: Polos provided; facility prefers slacks and clean shoes. Parking: Free.
