Blaze Credit Union is seeking an HR Professional to coach across the organization, focusing on benefits, policies, HRIS reporting, and DEI to foster a positive workplace. The role covers employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and regular HR reporting. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, a relevant degree, and include HR certification if possible.
