Bob Tyler Toyota is seeking a reliable and detailâ€'oriented Accounting Runner to support our busy dealership office. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

 

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• No evenings or weekends

Key Responsibilities – Accounting Runner:

• Transport documents, deposits, and paperwork between departments and local destinations
• Assist the accounting office with filing, scanning, and administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information
• Support office staff with general clerical duties as needed
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned errands and tasks
• Represent the dealership professionally while driving and interacting with partners

 

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record
• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable driving locally throughout the workday
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry small office items or documents as needed
