Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve favorable terms for clients Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions Prepare and present detailed market analyses and property reports to clients Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building relationships, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. Team player Licensed real estate professional (We can help with the needed resources) Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills Compensation $75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
