Senior Tax Associate

Not every Tax Senior role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated high-net-worth clients and receive mentorship from an experienced Private Client Services team. Our client is growing its Las Vegas practice and is looking for a Tax Senior who wants challenging tax work, direct client interaction, and a clear path for continued professional growth within a nationally recognized firm. Responsibilities Review and prepare complex federal and multi-state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and S corporations Manage a workload consisting of approximately 70% review and 30% preparation responsibilities Work primarily with flow-through entities, representing approximately 80% of the client base Identify tax planning opportunities and provide proactive recommendations to clients Research technical tax issues and prepare supporting documentation Communicate directly with clients and internal team members regarding tax matters Mentor and assist less experienced staff members Stay current on tax law developments impacting private clients and closely held businesses Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA license or progress toward certification preferred Minimum of 3+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong experience with partnerships, S corporations, and high-net-worth individual taxation Experience reviewing tax returns and supervising staff work Knowledge of multi-state taxation and flow-through entity taxation Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Financial Search
