Join Our Dynamic Emergency Medicine Team

Become a part of a high-achieving Emergency Medicine group that provides outstanding opportunities for professional development. Our Level 3 trauma medical center is broadening its emergency care services to accommodate the growing patient needs. To facilitate this expansion, we are introducing two cutting-edge Free-Standing Emergency Departments:

• A 12-bed FSED set to open in 2027.
• An 8-bed FSED anticipated to launch in late 2026.

This presents a remarkable chance for Emergency Medicine physicians to engage in a community-oriented, innovative healthcare setting in one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States.

Job Responsibilities

• Commit to a minimum of 120 hours monthly (equivalent to ten 12-hour shifts), with the option to take on additional shifts as desired—there is no limit on monthly shifts, and all are compensated at the same rate.
• Participate in rotations between the main Emergency Department (ED) and the Free-Standing Emergency Departments, although exclusive coverage for the FSEDs may be an option.
• The main ED is staffed with 5 physicians and 2-3+ Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) daily, while staffing for the FSEDs will be determined based on patient volume.
• Main ED features 42 beds with designated areas for high-acuity, moderate, and lower-acuity cases.
• Handle over 50,000 emergency room visits annually.
