Event Sales Assistant

Our client is currently looking for an Event Sales Assistant to join their growing team in Riverside, CA. This is an immediate hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and building valuable sales experience through face-to-face customer interaction. A Fast-Paced Event-Based Role This is a face-to-face, customer-facing position where you will represent client brands at live events, promotional sites, retail locations, and community activations. While team briefings, training, and campaign preparation may take place at the office, the majority of your working day will be spent engaging directly with customers. You’ll work in a variety of environments, meet new people, and play an active role in driving sales and creating positive customer experiences. What You’ll Be Doing: Represent client brands at live events and promotional locations Engage with customers face-to-face and create positive first impressions Introduce products and services to potential customers Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations Answer customer questions and provide relevant information Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Support customers throughout the sales process Generate sales and contribute towards individual and team targets Share feedback from customer interactions with the management team Sales will be a central part of this position. You will be speaking with customers in person, building interest in the products and services being promoted, and confidently guiding customers through purchasing decisions.
