Server - Chandler

Server Position at Cien Agaves Tacos & Tequila

Here's what you'll do:

• Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to take care of them
• Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
• Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS
• Ensure great guest experience by following the company's 10 steps of service
• Assist in answering phones
• Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs
• Regularly refill drinks, clear the table, and going above and beyond guest expectations
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
• Sanitize and adhere to all safe food handling standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
