Artisan Bread Baker$15.00 - $19.65 PER HOURGENERAL PURPOSE:The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all fresh baked artisan bread products in the Bakery. This person will be mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking artisan breads, receiving and storing product, and providing exceptional customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Follows established departmental and store policies and proceduresEnsures the quality and freshness of all products and services the Bakery providesResponsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the artisan bread counterConfirms pricing accuracy and signage for all artisan bread products, paying particular attention to ad itemsEnsures the Bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearanceDelivers excellent customer service to all customersFollows precise recipes and techniques for the mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking of Harmons' artisan breadsAssists as needed to ensure the success of the Bakery as a wholeMARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs other job-related duties as assigned.NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:Consistent and daily interaction with store associatesConsistent and daily interaction with customersTRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
