Position: ServiceNow Architect Location: Houston, TX Duration : 12+ Months
Job Description: Designs, optimizes, and governs enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations, bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end design of ServiceNow applications (such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps), ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.
- Strategic & Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders and executives to translate organizational requirements into long-term platform capability strategies.
- Integration & Governance: Architect secure integrations with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Active Directory, custom APIs) while maintaining platform data models, CMDB integrity, and governance standards.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and oversight to cross-functional development teams, reviewing complex technical designs and monitoring technical debt.
- Platform Optimization: Oversee system upgrades, security compliance, and performance tuning to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Typically 5 9+ years working extensively within the ServiceNow platform, including 2+ years in an architectural or technical lead role. Technical Depth: Advanced hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, custom workflows, and integration frameworks.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials, alongside ongoing platform delta updates.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder communication, executive presentation abilities, and experience guiding agile delivery teams
