About the job Occupational Health Physician Job Title : Occupational Health Physician Location : Minneapolis, MN (Blaine Area) Schedule : Monday - Friday (8am-5pm), no nights/weekends Salary: $100-$135/ hr. (Flexible compensation packages available) QualificationsRequired: Valid Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license in the state of Minnesota (MN). Family Medicine experience of at least 2 years. Preferred: Occupational Medicine experience of at least 1 year. Valid Department of Transportation Medical Examiner (DOT Medical Examiner) certification/license. Overview: Responsibilities: Assessing patients and delivering appropriate treatments. Ensuring an outstanding and comforting patient experience. Influencing and improving procedures and policies. Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment. To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: Board Certification / Eligibility is highly preferred. Occupational Medicine experience is preferred; however, training is available for qualified candidates. State licensure requirements must be met. Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from a recognized university. Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction. Competitive compensation. Leadership support.
