Quest Group is on the hunt for a talented Schedular from a professional field that is open to in office and possible overtime!
Our International Client is on the hunt to move quickly and is looking for someone that can jump into a fast paced environment!
Job Details and System:
- They are in the process of switching from a very archaic software to a new, much more advanced system (Eclipse Scheduling).
- Primary role would be receiving requests from email and inputting into the system
- Very fast paced and requires someone very detailed oriented
- Training as you go on specific tasks
- Bilingual is not needed, but they need to be able to interface with people from all over the world
Hours:
- 3-6 month temp to assist their scheduling team with data entry
- 5 days in office
- 8 hours a day.
- Hours are a little tricky as they need someone that can be flexible. They sometimes get orders at 7pm at night that need to be scheduled for the next day
