Quest Group is on the hunt for a talented Schedular from a professional field that is open to in office and possible overtime!
Our International Client is on the hunt to move quickly and is looking for someone that can jump into a fast paced environment!
Job Details and System:
They are in the process of switching from a very archaic software to a new, much more advanced system (Eclipse Scheduling).
Primary role would be receiving requests from email and inputting into the system
Very fast paced and requires someone very detailed oriented
Training as you go on specific tasks
Bilingual is not needed, but they need to be able to interface with people from all over the world
Hours:
3-6 month temp to assist their scheduling team with data entry
5 days in office
8 hours a day.
Hours are a little tricky as they need someone that can be flexible. They sometimes get orders at 7pm at night that need to be scheduled for the next day
Offers health insurance after 30 days!
