Project Manager

We are a single-source solution for the design and implementation of sophisticated mechanical and plumbing systems. Our integrated in‑house production model utilizes coordinated BIM models to produce precise fabrication documentation to help ensure accurate installation. Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating activities concerning the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. The role includes conceptual development of construction projects, overseeing organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The Project Manager supports field personnel, resolves field problems, maintains full financial responsibility, and understands construction financial and accounting practices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, supervisors, administrative staff, field craft workers, field supervision, vendors, and subcontractors. Develop project financial plans and oversee procurement activities, including schedules of values, comprehensive budgets, material and equipment buyouts, purchase orders, and CAD budgets. Oversee subcontractor engagement and manage contract scope, change orders, and timely payments. Ensure project scope adherence and manage project changes, negotiating scope and handling change orders. Oversee project initiation, collaboration, and schedule management, including kickoff meetings, weekly project meetings, coordination with owners, and maintenance of schedules. Finalize project documentation and ensure warranty compliance, including purchase orders, subcontracts, and system warranty letters. Monitor project costs and generate accurate final cost projections. Manage site mobilization and demobilization processes, including laydown area requests and utility hookups. Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, preparing and submitting RFIs and submittals, and delivering them to CAD. Collaborate with safety superintendent to implement project‑specific safety requirements. Daily tasks may vary depending on project specifics. Reasonable accommodations may be made. Qualifications Education and Experience Demonstrated expertise in diverse mechanical projects across multiple industries. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or related field plus five years of progressive construction experience. Advanced proficiency in construction software: Accubid, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam. Familiarity with local municipal regulations, permitting, codes, and inspections. Compensation Range Minimum annual base salary $85,000 to maximum annual base salary $135,000; DOE. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
