Position Summary: As a Waterproofing Technician , you’ll be on the front lines solving real problems for homeowners. You’ll work hands‑on to install industry‑leading waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You’ll learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow from an Installer to a Foreman — and beyond. Qualifications NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS of Production Technicians Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred. Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred. Possess talent and personal traits: Customer Focus Integrity Personal Accountability Problem Solving Self‑Management Stress Management Work Ethic Teamwork EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE of Production Technicians High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ years of experience in the -construction trades; or, A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
