Role Summary The Compensation & Total Rewards Analyst supports the design and administration of Winixx compensation programs — ensuring that our pay structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You will conduct market analysis, support pay equity reviews, and help build the rewards framework that attracts and retains top talent. What You’ll Do Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis using survey data from leading providers Support the design and administration of base pay, bonus, and commission structures across all roles Assist with pay equity analysis and recommend adjustments to address identified gaps Develop and maintain job architecture including leveling frameworks and salary bands Support the annual compensation review cycle including merit increase modeling and budget analysis Analyze total rewards competitiveness and identify gaps relative to market benchmarks Respond to ad hoc compensation data requests from HR business partners and finance Maintain accurate compensation data in the HRIS What We’re Looking For 2+ years of compensation analysis or total rewards experience Experience with compensation survey platforms such as Radford, Mercer, or Levels.fyi data Strong analytical and modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets Understanding of job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary band design Familiarity with equity compensation and variable pay structures is a plus High degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive compensation data Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation is a plus Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front‑row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission‑driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
