Qualifications & Experience:

• Current national BCBA certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Ability to travel between two closely situated campuses
• Familiarity with school-based behavioral programs and interventions
• Must meet district credentialing requirements, including fingerprint clearance (prior clearinghouse prints may be accepted) and in-person badge appointment

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive behavioral intervention programs for students across both campuses
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior plans
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to promote student success and well-being
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, including stepping in at other sites during emergencies
• Maintain detailed documentation and track student progress in accordance with district guidelines
• Deliver ongoing staff training and guidance on behavior management strategies
