Our leaders value integrity, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and communication in all they do and expect from their teams. **Payroll Supervisor Overview**Supervises the preparation and distribution of the payroll and payroll specialists. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.* Ensures timely and accurate processing of payroll for all locations and employees.* Supervises work of payroll specialists and provides coverage during absences.* Oversees payroll-related 401(k) activities, ensuring accurate deductions, remittances, and reporting.* Provides back-up coverage in the absence of the department manager.* Oversees special projects as directed by the department manager.* Assumes responsibility for the compilation and preparation of payroll-related data, wires, pay cards, and transmittals including wage payments, taxes, garnishments, 401(k), HSA, etc.* Administers Workday time tracking and absence management and DCS/ZK technology, including maintenance of time entry codes, accruals, integrations, time clocks, and manager assistance and training. **Required Qualifications*** 3 years minimum experience required.* High school diploma or equivalent required.* Seven (7) years of payroll experience are required.* Must be proficient in Workday, Workday Report Writing, and Microsoft Excel.* Supervisory or team experience preferred.* Must have strong ability to direct and motivate staff.* Must have communication and analytical skills.* Must enjoy interacting and working with people.* Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. **Compensation and Benefits**As part of your total compensation package, you will also receive the following benefits:* Paid time off, including holidays, vacation days, personal days, parental leave, and bereavement leave* 401(k) with a company match* Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as supplemental health plan options, including accident, critical illness, and hospitalization* Saving and spending accounts* Company-paid telemedicine services* Free counseling and information services* Wellness program* Company-paid life insurance* Company-paid disability coverage* Adoption assistance* Education assistance* Legal service plan option* Pay advance optionUnfortunately, we will be unable to offer visa sponsorships to candidates.EOE M/F/D/VPepsi Bottling Ventures is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.
