Restoration Mitigation ManagerWe are actively searching for an experienced Restoration Mitigation Manager to oversee and organize all mitigation projects including water and mold. Our client, a nationally recognized leader in the industry, is looking for a manager to deliver every project on time within budget & scope. Ideal candidates will have a background in Xactimate, management, excellent communication skills and ability to deal with homeowners during difficult situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor.Mitigation Manager ResponsibilitiesMeeting customers with a professional appearance and attitude.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.Manage relationships with customer and all parties involved.Establish and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, third parties and vendors.Track progress with daily communication and updates with your team and admin involved with the project.On-call is mandatory, schedule to be determined.Mitigation Manager RequirementsPrevious experience in mitigation restoration and/or other related fields - 3 year minimum.Knowledge of Xactimate.Knowledge of Symbility a plus.Strong communication, leadership, time management skills.For immediate consideration, please contact Mike at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io.
