CNC Machine Programmer Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.00 to $35.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
Key Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines using MasterCam.
- Set up and operate 5-axis Mills, live-tooling Lathes, and Wire EDMs
- Read and interpret technical designs, blueprints, and drawings. Execute jobs with minimal oversight and high precision
- Perform quality checks and maintain tight tolerances. Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes
CNC Machine Programmer Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in CNC machining.
- High Proficiency in MasterCam software with Proven experience operating 5-axis Mills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to critically think, troubleshoot, and develop solutions
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
