Sales Representative - Virginia Beach, VA - Sports Medicine

Stryker seeks a field-based sales representative to promote sports medicine products across Virginia Beach. The role involves leading sales pitches, educating healthcare professionals on product use, managing territory strategy, and driving revenue growth while serving as a product expert.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare facilities
- Educate physicians, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance
- Manage territory analysis, inventory reporting, and sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and transaction terms with customers
- Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
Requirements
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience, medical fields preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5 years commercial/medical sales experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate automobile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Strategic sales closing ability and track record of quota achievement
- Subject matter expertise and trusted advisory capability
Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus commission and/or bonuses
