Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to review, develop, and manage Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) analyses for the Watershed Assessment Branch. This position will serve as a subject expert on TMDL/hydrodynamic modeling and will assist the Watershed Assessment and Management Section in developing novel approaches to managing existing and future pollutant loads. The position will also assist in the review of permits, Watershed Implementation Plans, Pollution Control Strategies, Advance Restoration Plans, and other similar documents to ensure the developed goals and implementation options are realistic and achievable.
