Newly Renovated Restaurant needs part-time Atlantic Beach.
Looking For a Mature Minded Person. Self Starter on Projects, Self Finisher. Ability to make Improvements and Solve Problems. Must Be Neat and Organized.
Responsibilities:
Work mostly Monday through Saturday, Wednesdays and Sundays off. Flexible days depending on your schedule.
Keeping grounds clean and debris-free, trimming of grass and light landscaping, cleaning, and organizing.
Knowledge and repair of light electrical work, light plumbing, experience in drywall repair and painting.
Light carpentry and repairs of walls, cracks, and blemishes. Dry wall, and spackling.
Upkeep facilities and help set up restaurants for service to open.
Helping the staff set up outside dining areas.
Must have driver's license and an Organized Work Space.
Must be a self starter. Troubleshooter on kitchen equipment, water heater, ac units would be helpful.
Must be able to lift over 50#.
Must be able to climb ladders for roof issues.
Must be able to work with Sub Contractors to repair items and issues over maintenance job description.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 7 to 4 pm. Hours could vary, but always mornings. No more than 50 hours a week.
