Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

PACC Mental Health Services is seeking a collaborative, family-centered BCBA or BCaBA to provide ABA services to clients in the Lancaster/Palmdale area.

This position is designed for a clinician who wants a manageable workload with ample clinical and administrative support , allowing time to focus on treatment quality, skill development, caregiver collaboration, and meaningful client outcomes.

Clinicians work closely with and receive ongoing support and collaboration from a doctorate-level BCBA Clinical Director , while maintaining appropriate autonomy in the delivery of individualized, evidence-based ABA services.

Schedule Expectations

Primary in-home availability is needed:

Monday–Friday, approximately 2:30 PM–7:30 PM

Cases are primarily in-home and occur during after-school hours throughout the Lancaster/Palmdale area.

• Appreciates having a doctorate-level BCBA available for consultation, collaboration, and clinical support
• Prefers a collaborative, clinician-focused practice environment over a high-volume corporate model
