Process Engineer

Parts Process Engineer- Must be US Persons

Lead new product introductions from quote to full production launch. Develop customer requirements, CAD designs, and tooling specifications. Serve as the project gatekeeper for tracking progress and timelines. Coordinate machinery installation and program launches. Improve throughput, yield, and quality across production lines. Develop and maintain setup sheets, work instructions, and control plans. Identify and act on quality trends and process variation. Lead corrective actions (CARs) and root cause analysis efforts. Translate customer requirements into manufacturing specifications. Serve as primary liaison between customers and the plant. Support product trials, testing, and validation efforts. Define and monitor critical product and process characteristics

Parts Process manufacturing Engineer responsible for leading new product introductions, developing manufacturing specifications, supporting tooling and CAD needs, and improving production performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Statistical Process Control experience
• Technical writing experience
• Customer-facing communication experience
• Experience translating customer requirements into manufacturing specifications
• Experience supporting new product introductions or production launches
• Experience developing setup sheets, work instructions, control plans, or related manufacturing documentation
• Experience identifying quality trends and process variation
• Experience supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Stable job history
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and the plant
• Support product trials, testing, and validation activities
• Define and monitor critical product and process characteristics
• Support tooling orders and manufacturing readiness activities
• Apply SPC methods to monitor process performance and support quality improvements
