I bring more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, along with a unique background in professional sports, including time working with the Chicago Bears and alongside Walter Payton. I'm a graduate of Marquette University, hold an MBA, and live in Chicago with my family and three children. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
