We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day production, quality, and logistics functions within a food and beverage manufacturing operation in Leominster, MA.

Responsibilities

Manage production, quality, warehouse, and logistics operations to meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
Lead a team of manufacturing, quality, and logistics employees, including temporary staff.
Coordinate employee schedules, daily assignments, workflows, and operational priorities.
Coach and develop potential team leads to strengthen leadership capabilities within the department.
Align raw material availability with production priorities to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Identify and implement improvements in productivity, waste reduction, labor utilization, operating costs, and workflow.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety regulations.
Document operational processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
Track performance metrics and maintain operational reports.
Communicate effectively with employees, management, Human Resources, and other departments.
Provide hands-on operational support, particularly during peak production periods.
