Corporate Transaction Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Transaction Attorney in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate formations and business transactions, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment. Duties Handle LLC and corporate formations. Review contracts and leases. Manage private placements. Oversee mergers and acquisitions. Draft and negotiate employment agreements. Work with Management Service Organizations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in corporate law and business transactions. Strong company formation experience. Experience in medical business law is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active membership in the California Bar. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in cloud-based technology. Benefits 401(k) with matching.
