This Estimator role is a plug-and-play opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of high-end commercial interior pricing and budgeting from day one. You'll drive preconstruction efforts, support business development, and help shape project strategy across a diverse portfolio. Description Lead estimating efforts for commercial interior and renovation projects from concept through final bid Develop detailed budgets, takeoffs, and cost analyses across multiple scopes Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricing Partner with project management and leadership to refine project strategy and execution plans Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the preconstruction function Evaluate drawings, specifications, and proposals to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for estimating and coordination Profile 7+ years of experience as an estimator with a commercial General Contractor Strong background in commercial interiors, tenant fit-outs, and renovation projects Proven ability to develop budgets, lead bids, and manage subcontractor relationships Experience working with clients such as brokerages, corporate offices, or institutional users Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction tools Strong knowledge of the local market and subcontractor landscape Leadership ability, including mentoring and guiding junior team members Job Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus upside ($115k - $140k base) Clear path to Senior Estimator and leadership responsibilities Exposure to complex, high-quality, design-driven projects Strong pipeline of consistent work across multiple sectors Collaborative culture with direct access to executive leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
