Paralegal - Bilingual Spanish

Job Description

A Charleston area Law Firm is seeking experienced paralegal.

BI-LINGUAL SPANISH

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interview clients, third parties, and expert witnesses.
Prepare legal documents for attorney's approval.
Maintain document control system.
Oversee cases by managing files and documents.
Coordinate with support services and clients, opposing law firms, and courts.
Process settlement papers and payments.
Prepare for trial by preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
Request records, bills and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years experience Personal Injury
Litigation experience a plus
Case Management software experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Analyze & summarize medical records
Dealing with Complex issues
Legal Research and Writing Skills
Multi-tasking
Detail Oriented/Highly Organized
Maintain Client Relationships
Real Estate & Workers' Compensation law is a plus
