A well-established, multi-location optometric practice is seeking a motivated associate optometrist to join their dynamic team. • Comprehensive services: primary eye care, contact lenses, ocular disease management, with a focus on pediatrics, vision therapy, and rehabilitation
• Open to expanding services; candidates with an interest in sports vision, OrthoK, and specialty lens fits are encouraged to apply
• State-of-the-art technology: multiple refraction lanes, OCT, Visual Fields, OPTOS, or Maestro available at all locations
• Supportive team environment: front desk staff, pretesting technicians, optical support, and cross-trained vision therapists

Role Details:

• Schedule: Flexible part-time
• Patient flow: Typically two patients per hour, with 15-minute emergency visits, 30-minute routine exams, and 45-minute appointments for complex/new patients
• Compensation: $70/hour or $650 per diem plus 1% of gross, with increasing percentages for every $200,000 generated per quarter
