Job Description:ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time or part time licensed Audiologist for our Horsham PA office locations.We are a large and successful, multi-site ENT practice seeking to expand our staff of audiologists in the New York and New Jersey area due to dynamic growth. We offer the latest fitting processes designed for today's educated consumer in a rapidly changing marketplace, and offer access to industry leading resources to insure that we are providing high quality instruments and services to your patients.Salary: $80,000-$110,000/yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aidsDiagnostic testingMake ear impressions, ear molds, and order instrumentsProgram hearing aidsFit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problemsMaintain documentation and patient filesOwn assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunitiesSupport and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunitiesPosition Qualifications:Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferredActive and current hearing aid dispensing licenseThe ideal candidate will also possess:Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsThe ability to work in a team environmentThe ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team membersWe offer an attractive compensation package including a lucrative bonus program and a benefits package that includes generous PTO (vacation, sick and personal days), paid holidays, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), licensing fee reimbursement and the opportunity for clinical research.Additional benefits: This position qualifies for commuter benefits.Company DescriptionENT & Allergy Associates (ENTA) is the largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology practice in the country, with over 475 clinicians who practice in over 80 clinical locations throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
