Are you looking for a safety conscious company to grow with? Look no further! This is an awesome opportunity with plenty of overtime available. We have multiple Machine Operator and Assembly positions available in Dresser and Osceola, WI !
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM - $17-$18/hour
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM - $19-$20/hour
Weekend Shift: Fri - Sun, 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM (work 36 hours get paid for 40) - $20-$21/hour
Summer Sign-On Bonus: Effective June 1st, 2026
Effective for any Express Employment Associate who starts at the Cadrex Dresser, WI or Osceola, WI locations between June 1, 2026 and August 31, 2026.
- $500 per Express Employment Associate
- Paid after 60 days of continuous employment
- Cannot receive any documented performance, attendance (tardies, unexcused absences), or safety/quality concerns during the eligibility period
- Associate must be actively working at the Cadrex Dresser, WI or Osceola, WI locations on the payout date to receive the bonus
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and machine operation tasks on a production line or at a workstation.
- Position parts in specified locations using various fastening devices and other sub-components.
- Operate hand-held tools , electrical tools , and pneumatic tools .
- Utilize precision measuring tools as required to ensure accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of the assembled product or perform batch inspections as needed.
- Report any defective materials, discrepancies, process malfunctions, or non-compliant products to the Department Lead.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including production sheets.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
