The primary focus of this role is accurately entering shipment and cargo information into CargoWise, creating warehouse-on-hand records, and ensuring freight documentation is processed correctly and efficiently.Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role, as the position supports regulated cargo handling and compliance-sensitive operations.ResponsibilitiesReceive and review inbound freight documentationEnter cargo details into CargoWise accurately and efficientlyCreate warehouse-on-hand records within the systemVerify shipment information including pieces, weights, dimensions, and descriptionsAssist with freight check-in and receiving coordinationEnsure documentation is complete and compliant with company proceduresCommunicate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving discrepancies or missing informationScan, organize, and maintain shipment records and supporting documentationAssist with general administrative and operational support tasks as neededQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systemsStrong data entry accuracyAbility to communicate professionally with team members and customersPrior logistics, warehouse, or CargoWise experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCompliance & Work Authorization RequirementsDue to the nature of the freight and regulatory requirements associated with certain shipments handled by the company, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
