Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity ICU nursing care including management of critically ill patients
• Perform and assist with pronation therapy for applicable patient populations
• Titrate vasopressors and manage hemodynamic monitoring as required
• Operate and monitor Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) dialysis equipment
• Float to other units as required based on facility need
• Participate in emergency response teams as directed by unit management during declared emergency events

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Compact or Louisiana license required and must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU specialty
• Current ACLS and BLS (BCLS) certifications – AHA required
• CRRT experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Must reside more than 65 miles from facility (as verified by address on driver's license)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CPI certification preferred
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Experience with COVID care and high-acuity patient populations
