Position Overview Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish/Vietnamese). We are looking for a dynamic and motivated bilingual sales representative fluent in Spanish and/or Vietnamese to join our team and help community members understand their insurance needs and find the best solutions to protect their assets. Our office is located in Old Town Alexandria. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products tailored to their individual circumstances. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to expand the agency’s client base. Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews and provide guidance on coverage options and cost‑saving opportunities. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and/or Vietnamese (both written and verbal) is required. Previous sales experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Strong work ethic and self‑motivation to achieve personal and team objectives. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology platforms.
