Synergy Care, Inc. is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a float position at an outpatient clinic inside an Independent & Assisted Living Community in Russellville, Arkansas.
This full-time role supports residents across settings and provides high-quality OT services in a collaborative environment. The role requires graduation from an accredited OTA program and eligibility for Arkansas licensure.
