Title: Senior Accountant - HYBRID Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days REMOTE Location: Princeton, NJ Salary: $90-$100K plus incentives (bonus and more) Benefits: Terrific campus - Gym onsite, Healthcare, 401K, generous PTO Rare opportunity for a Big4 or Top Regional professional to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding and stable company in Central NJ. Responsibilities Participate in the month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close processes which requires meeting all deadlines, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and reports Preparation of account reconciliations, journal entries and analytics procedures Assist with preparing monthly/quarterly internal management and Board reporting Assist with preparing quarterly and annual external filings, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and management’s discussion and analysis Assist accounting for investments as they relate to corporate compensation plans Assist with various special projects such as finance systems and technologies Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease process times, streamline work processes and work collaboratively with the business Requirements S. or MS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business 2 years of public accounting experience CPA or parts passed highly preferred Strong accounting and financial controls experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
