Car Wash Associate

Job Purpose:The Car Wash Associate – Finisher is responsible for delivering high-quality finishing services to guest vehicles. This includes hand-drying vehicle exteriors, vacuuming interiors, cleaning glass, and performing additional services with attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction. Finishers may also drive vehicles off the conveyor and reposition vehicles on-site if certified to do so.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent quality and customer service at all timesFollow all Mr. Clean Car Wash finishing procedures and training guidelinesFollow safety standards at all timesDry vehicle exteriors and clean interior surfacesEnter and drive vehicles off the conveyor when certifiedGreet guests with a smile and by name when possiblePresent vehicles to guests, confirm satisfaction, and thank themEnsure high-quality results on every guest vehicleMaintain a clean and safe work area at all timesKeep towels and supplies stockedWash and dry towels using on-site laundry machinesAssist in other car wash areas as needed to maintain flowHelp maintain overall site appearance including lot, windows, bathrooms, lobby, tunnel, and landscapingHold promotional signage near the street when assignedNotify management of any safety, mechanical, cleanliness, or guest service issuesPerform other duties as assigned by managementJob Requirements:Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to remain on your feet throughout the entire shiftPhysically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and liftPositive attitude and strong communication skillsWillingness to learn and grow within multiple rolesMinimum Qualifications:Must be at least 16 years of ageMust be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant, or to move guest vehiclesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Mr.-Clean-Car-Wash
