Pay: $18/hour + Uncapped Bonuses & Commissions
Potential Earnings: $40,000–$55,000+ annually based on performance

We're looking for a Pet Care Growth Coordinator who loves dogs, loves people, and enjoys turning first-time callers into lifelong clients. If you're known for being friendly, organized, and always following up, this could be the perfect role for you.

This position is part sales, part customer experience, part community outreach, and 100% pet-focused.

What You'll DoSales & Customer Growth

• Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text, email, and CRM
• Consistently follow up with prospective customers
• Schedule consultations and recommend the best service plan for each client
• Build relationships with homeowners, HOAs, apartment communities, and local businesses
• Generate new residential and commercial accounts through networking, outreach, events, and partnerships
• Track sales activity and achieve monthly growth goals

Customer Experience

• Serve as the friendly, reliable point of contact for pet parents
• Create a smooth onboarding experience for every new client
• Follow up after services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Encourage online reviews, referrals, and repeat business
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services

Pet Care Team Support

• Assist with recruiting dog walkers, pet sitters, and pet care professionals
• Help onboard and train new team members
• Support scheduling and daily operations
• Ensure services are delivered safely and professionally

Community Growth

• Represent Cooper's Scoopers at local events
• Build partnerships with veterinarians, groomers, apartment communities, and other pet-related businesses
• Increase brand awareness throughout the community

Compensation

Base Pay: $18/hour

In addition to hourly pay, you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or business development preferred but not required

Employment Requirements

Applicants must:

• Pass a comprehensive background check before employment
• Successfully complete an insurance-required random drug test within 30 days of hire
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Be dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Follow all company safety, service, and pet care standards

Every team member must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements before joining the Cooper's Scoopers team.
