POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning interior offices, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas and moving furniture to set-up/take-down for special events.

DUTIES:

• Clean assigned areas by vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing, and stripping floors and cleaning walls, windows, and other common areas.
• Perform meeting set-ups and take-down by moving furniture, setting up chairs, preparing rooms, etc.
• Monitor assigned area by walking halls and grounds.
• Pick up and dispose of trash.
• Dust fixtures in assigned area.
• Clean bathrooms in assigned area by mopping floors; cleaning toilets; and wiping walls, mirrors, and sinks.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Criminal background check required for hire.

WORK YEAR: 245 contract days (Custodial Calendar)
