Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare System is hiring a PRN MRI Technologist for at Barnes Jewish Hospital’s – Center for Advanced Medicine (CAM) – St. Louis, MO . Position Details: PRN Scheduled – Work as needed Advanced Modality Technologist position Siemens MRI Machines - access to the latest and most advanced MR equipment needed to provide the clearest and most accurate images for complex and critical situations Experience: New grads, upcoming grads, Student Radiology Tech and experienced Radiologic Technologists and MRI Technologists welcome to apply!!! Requirements: Associate degree or higher in related field Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or MR Role Purpose Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control. Responsibilities Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Performs studies independently, in on‑call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required by work area.
