If you take pride in clean work and showing up as a professional, we want to talk to you.Compensation & PerksHourly rate: $50–$60, based on experience.You'll also get a company truck, iPad, and uniforms provided - no driving your own vehicle to job sites.Benefits PackageEmployer-paid medical (95% covered), plus dental and vision401(k) with company match up to 4%11 paid holidays annually52 hours of PTOSick leave accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours workedTuition/training reimbursement for continuing educationReal advancement paths - we promote from withinWhat You'll Be DoingYour day-to-day centers on residential and commercial standby generator systems: installing new units, keeping existing ones running through scheduled maintenance, diagnosing circuit and panel issues when something goes wrong, and doing it all in compliance with code and safety standards.What We Need From YouActive WA State 01 Journeyman Electrician licenseClean, insurable driving record and valid licenseSolid grasp of wiring diagrams, motors, and transformersComfort reading blueprints and electrical schematicsPhysically able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet or knees for extended stretches, and get into tight spaces like crawl spaces and atticsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredCandidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
