Sales & Use Tax Specialist POST NUMBER: 225135
We are seeking an Interim Sales & Use Tax / Accountant to support a leading beverage packaging and manufacturing organization. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of sales and use tax compliance while supporting broader accounting functions within a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all sales and use tax filings and related compliance requirements Maintain and monitor filing schedules, deadlines, and tax obligations Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of required tax filings Support general accounting activities, including G/L accounting and other ad hoc accounting projects Assist the accounting team during periods of fluctuating tax workload Maintain organized documentation and records related to tax compliance Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field Experience handling sales and use tax compliance and filings Accounting background with exposure to general ledger accounting or related accounting functions
