JOB SUMMARY

The Sunnyside* Shop (Glenview, IL) is a new retail concept created to supportshoppersat every stage of their wellness journey. Designed as a boutiquewellnessexperience, the shopwill offera curatedassortment ofwellness& lifestyleproducts. This concept aims to present a more normalized, elevated, and professional approach towellness retail. The Retail Wellness Representative(Full & Part-Time)willsupport all aspects of store operationsfor this retail pilot. This role oversees daily operations, sales performance, customeracquisition &experience,marketing and community outreach, inventorymanagement, and overall store administration. It is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams,educatingand connecting with customers, and who brings strong experience inretail and a passion for modern-day wellness.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

2-3+ years offull or part-timeretailexperience in a relevant industry Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Strong understanding of retail operations, salestechniquesand visual merchandising Warm,approachableand professional demeanor Self-motivated with strong initiative and sense of ownership Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, POS Systems)
