Executive Assistant - Emergency Medicine

To provide high-level administrative support for Senior Management, Assistant Vice Chancellors, Associate Vice Chancellors and Executives. To work collaboratively with other members of the department to proactively address organizational needs. To communicate with high-level management.

Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with four (4) years of administrative support experience. Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: N/A

Responsibilities include reading and analyzing incoming correspondence and reports, compiling and analyzing complex information, answering telephones, supervising clerical staff, working with senior management on special projects, preparing agendas, and making arrangements for meetings.

Physical and environmental demands include occasional working hours beyond regular hours, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes, occasional bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, occasional crouching/stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing/pulling, occasional reaching, constant sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
