Night Line CookWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality food, follows recipes and procedures consistently, and executes each dish with precision and attention to presentation. This role requires strong teamwork, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to maintaining kitchen standards during busy service periods.Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.Execute plating and presentation consistently to ensure every dish meets restaurant expectations.Follow directions from kitchen leadership accurately and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times.Work collaboratively with team members to deliver timely and accurate orders.Monitor product quality and report any issues to management.Assist with prep work, stocking stations, and cleaning duties as needed.Maintain consistency and attention to detail during high-volume service.RequirementsPrevious line cook experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.Strong ability to follow recipes, procedures, and directions.Commitment to producing high-quality food and consistent plating.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
