Pre-Op Assessment Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Care Leader

Banner Surgery Center – Thunderbird in Phoenix area is seeking a Pre‑Assessment Testing Nurse to guide patients through pre‑op processes, ensure documents and tests are ready, and support safe, efficient care. The role requires excellent communication, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, and compliance with PAT protocols.
